Measured Success

Success can be measured so many different ways. I like to think helping people along the way is the most important part of my “success” journey. I was “reluctantly #mentored” early in my project management career. Though I didn’t know it then, the push I received from my sales director would shape who I am as a professional now. I “reluctantly mentor” whenever I can especially young people who may be struggling with making decisions or leaping out on faith in their careers. I find the small initial push is met with appreciation and gratitude. What legacy are you leaving behind? #mentorship #mentor #helpinghand #gentlepush
